To have your child take for a nature walks in the area surrounding the school center. Our teachers and class
help will accompany the child and teacher child ratios will be met. I understand that a separate Outing Policy
and Permission Slip describing the outing will be sent home if you child will leave home for an extensive
period of time.

Knowledge Origin often takes photographs of children who attends the program. These photos are mainly used
for documentation of the child’s progress, training purpose and for the school social media and website. Please
indicate above if you are will or not willing to authorize the use of your child’s pictures in the above mentioned
medians.
